Meeting Update --07/07/16

1) square-root (standard?) velocity variance: different variance for x & yz comes from the x-direction flow?

2) redid all PDF figures with the new weighted-with-area histogram data from visit: still cannot do the time average due to the different values of x-axis/frequency values

3) redid the energy with total pressure instead of thermal energy, although the total pressure is so small due to gamma=1.001. Pressure rather than the thermal energy matters here?

4) magnetic energy with plot: will do

5) physical meaning of Gaussian 2 fit: Mixture of two types of turbulence or Turbulence with two components
