OutflowWind: Redo stellar wind with new Park solution

This is to redo the stellar wind Park solution (as in blog:bliu07012015) with Jonathan's updated park wind data (blog:johannjc06252015) and compare with the old one…Other than the initial data, the new run has larger box (larger than Sonic surface) while the boundary for old one is inside the supersonic area…
