pnStudy: conical wind with wedge tip --2nd way

Instead of making the wedge tip same as the ambient as in blog:bliu08012018 , tried with Bruce's idea of "t=0 simply replicate the flow at the edge of the launch surface into the wedge". Seems working much better than the scheme in blog:bliu08012018
