Worked on
1. ticket #316(Joe's jobs on bluehive), Bugs found by Marvin with gfortran compiler (#312, #313, #318) — all our local machines & Teragrid use ifort as fortran compilers which is more tolerant to the array bounds checking. I tried running test suites with gfortran on alfalfa and found more tiny bugs and a fatal compile-time error with HDF5_gfortran. Still working on it.
