Worked on
1. ticket #309: fixed a new bug (http://astrobear.pas.rochester.edu/trac/astrobear/ticket/309#comment:27). reran the tests. obtained hydro tests results very close to Reale's paper with average particle mass as half of the solar abundance (http://astrobear.pas.rochester.edu/trac/astrobear/ticket/309#comment:28). New code with the Ablative RT module (my data files) found nans in hypre.
