pnStudy: new refinement

I implement the new refinement idea we discussed yesterday: refine only the outflow launch region to the highest level and see if it helps for the weird wiggles close to y-axis. This run has 6 level AMR refinement (equivalent to 7 level as the box is ½ of runs before) only on the outflow object and maximum 3 level AMR outside the outflow. It also uses Rho as refinement variable instead of px and py… Just as Bruce said, the resolution doesn't help much
