Meeting Update 01/10/2012 - Eddie

The nonequilibrium cooling routines are coming along. This has also been called the modified Dalgarno-McCray cooling. The files have been ported over from astrobear 1, and the necessary changes have been made to make it work in astrobear 2.

I used Bin's radiative instability module as a quick check to see if NEQ cooling was working. You can tell from the output that it is definitely cooling, and it is cooling more than DM cooling. I started a new wiki page on this: u/neqcooling. So far this page just contains some visit plots from the radiative instability module.

I am now working with a different module to just run a shock through an ambient material. This set up will make it easier to see the post-shock material, because the radiative instability module will often produce oscillations. After I determine that this is accurate, I can start working on the 6th type of cooling which will include Pat's tables, which he has already sent to me.
