Z cooling plots

Here are the other two important plots for comparing my shock module with Pat's model…

The overall shape/trend is good. Not sure why Pat's ionization fraction is a bit higher.

Density varies greatly towards the end of the cooling region. This could be because Pat's model keeps cooling past 2000 K where mine does not. Z cooling stops at 2000 K and NEQ takes over. The cooling rate for NEQ at those temperatures is very low.

Also, here is temperature plotted on a log scale. It's easier to see the differences at the lower temperatures this way.
