using particle refinement for jet sims

So Martin showed me how I can set up a particle to have better refinement for my 3D cooling jet sims. The old method was just refining along momentum gradients. Now I am just refining a box around the jet head. Run C, which is the density matched (eta=1) jet is running way faster. It took bluegene 3 days to do 80 frames on 256 procs with the old refining method. With the new refining method, it has taken grass less than 2 hours on 8 procs. Here is a snapshot of the mesh with the new particle refinement:

The next step is to only simulate a quarter of the grid since everything is symmetric. This will make the runs even faster.
