the actual 2.5D sims for the cooling jets

So I made a silly mistake last week. The images I showed on Monday's meeting are literally 2D, not 2.5D. I altered my problem.f90 and the .data files accordingly to run actual 2.5D sims. Here are the images for the weak cooling case.

The 2D and 2.5D versions of the moderate cooling case are running right now, and when those are done I will run the 2D and 2.5D versions of the strong cooling case. The 3D versions of both the moderate cooling and strong cooling case will have to be run on kraken, but as mentioned in previous posts I do not know if I will be able to get the 3D strong cooling case to work.

I quickly learned how to set up a 2.5D simulation, and there wasn't much on the wiki about it, so I plan on adding some details.

UPDATE

I added a small section about cylindrical symmetry at the bottom of PhysicsDataExplained.

These jets look much better! :)

And the overall morphology is much more consistent between 2.5 and 3D as it should be.
