update on cooling jets

It was much easier to visualize the strong cooling simulations on kraken. For future reference, anyone that wants to run visit in parallel on kraken should see ​this web page. Also, in order for visit to read chombos in parallel you have to do this first: 

module swap hdf5 hdf5-parallel

So the new images/movies are from the strong cooling case (2D and 2.5D) and can be viewed at 3DCoolingJets. Still working on the 3D version…it appears to be running farther than before, but I have to dig deeper to see if I can find any more memory leaks. At least I am getting good valgrind practice.
