Meeting Update 11/03/2014 - Eddie

  • 3-D co-moving clumps, no cooling, gamma = 1.01, nclump/namb = 500, 40 cells/rclump, M = 5 shock for moving clump, difference in relative clump velocities = 10 km/s. Took 16.7 hrs on 96 cores on bluehive. Used default solver (HLLC).

  • For 2.5-D pulsed jets, I am just going to regenerate figures with frame 96 and finish the paper revisions.
  • Will also do paper revisions for HEDLA Mach stems paper this week.
  • This is a busy week for PHY 101, but I should still have time to do development if we want to start having our weekly development sessions.
