Pulsed Jets

I fixed a couple of lines in my pulsed jet problem module, and the code ran better without restarting. I am doing one more test, and if everything looks good, I will be ready to try this again with another reservation.

Mach Stems

I came up with a plan for the mach stem runs: ehansen11122013.

I changed the grid and mesh to make these runs go a bit faster…

  1. The mach stem should occur in the upper z plane, so I cut off part of the clump in the z-direction.
  1. I implemented some derefinement inside the clump and below the clump.

With these changes, I was able to complete run B in less than 1.5 days on 8 cores on Grass. When I use more cores on bluestreak, I should be able to complete all the runs in a day. I could also increase the resolution and still get the runs done in a reasonable amount of time.
