Meeting update

I was out of town last week so don't have too much to share, but since we last met here are some updates:

Science Outreach - I met with Prof. Luehmann at East High where she introduced me to Bertha, a sophomore in the Science Stars. I got to tutor her for her AP Physics class that she is struggling with. I scheduled to meet with her again in 2 weeks. Will also be planning a trip to the Planetarium for the group and will keep details posted.

AstroBear Movie - We have been given permission to use the astrobear comic image as our logo :) Would we like to crop this image down at all to exclude "AstroBEAR and Kid" (​http://nedroidcomics.livejournal.com/86373.html) ? In order to get the ball on the roll with making the PR video, can people send me or Baowei their schedules… What days/times are you unavailable during the week? I can forward these to our videographer to begin to schedule shooting times. Also, attached is the outline for the movies — we should decide on who will be interviewed for each section!
