3D Isotropic Turbulence

Here is a test of the problem module, 'Isotropic Turbulence' in 3D. The 2D version of this code ran fine (see my previous blog post here: erica02232015).

In 3D there might be a bug? Instead of isotropic sources, I am seeing columns of turbulent sources. A slice through the box in the xy plane, would resemble the 2D simulation.
