Need to still apply to present a poster

Have some extra things to add to the Hypre Appendix - like the stencil, matrix equations, how we incorporate Hypre into AstroBEAR and the types of BC's available with the elliptic solver.

Been reading on outflows and colliding flows, namely Plunkett and Jonathan's papers so far.
