B v. n plot-

The B v. n code is done - might just need to be tweaked for the best min/max combination for the magnetic pressure.

Marissa, you can find the problem module here:

You will need to copy it to BS and compile it, and run it with a reservation. I set up a reservation for you to start next week, Wednesday. There are *2* pdfs of B v. n — one weighted by volume and one by mass. We can see which one we like best. Each job shouldn't need more than 256 cores I would say. Start by making quick and dirty plots of these for each of the runs including the convergence tests - at frame 100 & 200 please (for the convergence tests at frame 50). With the reservation you should be able to have them all run in parallel easily.

Also Marissa, start early in week on script - I will be back on Wed to look at the B v n plots with you.
