mathjax working again

I successfully installed a version of mathjax - that supports the inline features.

You can use 

\(a=b\)

for inline equations ie. \(a=b\)

or 

$$a=b$$

for block equations

note that the old latex macro still renders images on the server 

[[latex($a=b$)]]

gives

so the only problem will occur if people have used 

[[latex($a=b$)]]

(or removed their dollar signs when we switched from tracmath to tracmathjax)
