Velocity/Density Perturbations and Sink Particles in 2D

I added density and velocity perturbations to the Ambient object and wrote routines for initializing density and velocity spectra with a given range in wavenumbers and slope. Currenty only solenoidal velocity fields are supported. Also ran some 2D gravo-turbulent and TI-turbulent sims and fixed a few bugs with Sink Particles in 2D.
