Update on Wire Turbulence Study (04-22-2015)

I have been updated the Wire Turbulence Studies page I have made daily.

These runs have been taking a while. The dt in the time step is very small. Jonathan asked me to try to increase the mindensity in the physics.data file.

MinDensity = .01 !1d-10 ! Minimum computational density before protection is triggered [1d-10]

I noticed there is something weird with the runs for which I did that, either from the beginning of the simulation, or at the point where I introduced the new mindensity during the restart.

Run B10-T.03-M20 B10-T.03-M3 B10-T.01-M3 B.1-T.03-M20

It looks like a boundary conditions problem, however I have not changed the Gmthbc for any of these runs:

Gmthbc   = 1,2,2,1,2,2
