Meeting Update 6/10/13

Got almost all of the low-res runs working (no MHD yet)-

​Stratified Diverging Wind (20 Degrees)
​Toroidal Clump

For next week, we need to get the toroidal ambient working with the jets (currently throwing NaNs) and incorporate MHD to the diverging winds case.
