Study in the past week

  1. Learning Fortran 90/95 in Linux environment.
  2. Reading an article "The Evolution of Binary Systems", here is the link: ​http://www-astro.physics.ox.ac.uk/~podsi/binaries.pdf I read some parts of it and gain knowledge in binary stars.
  3. Reading "Common Envelops in Binary Systems" ​http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1993PASP..105.1373I I read a few pages.
  4. Reviewed R-T instability and K-H instability (still in progress). Because I think K-H instability is important in binary evolution.
  5. Learning AstroBEAR, tried to run example.
