  3. tried to give the governing equations of a specific binary system. I am still working on that. equations include: continuity equation; momentum equation; energy equation; equation of state; Maxwell's equation. gravity (poisson)
  4. keep practising f90/95 in linux

I did not forget to learn the theory of AMR, it's on my to do list.
