• Duplicated part of PURE FUNCTION kd in PURE FUNCTION H2_diss
• Dissociation rates jump for H-H2 collisions at a critical density near 10⁴ cm^-3
• This function calculated n_critical using an expression from Lepp & Shull, 1983
