Inputs:

REAL[] q. The 1D array that holds the field values for the cell.

REAL[] dfdq. A 2D array that returns the Jacobian matrix of f with respect to the field variables in q.

CELLINFO ci. Contains info and constants used to toggle various derivative calculations.

Description:

Contributes 2D MHD cylindrical source terms to the ​Jacobian matrix dfdq. Further information on geometric source terms in AstroBEAR can be found ​here.
