FUNCTION EstimateErrorsWorkers(NodeInfo Info, FuncParam TimeStepParam)

A worker processor version of the EstimateErrors function, this function from being called on a node that is about to be deleted. If the calling processor is a worker processor, the EstimateErrorsWorkers function will trigger error estimation code by means of an MPI_Dispatch call.
