SUBROUTINE EstimateLevelErrors(INTEGER level, FuncParam TimeStepParam)

In a single-processor run, this subroutine calls EstimateErrors on all nodes of level l. In a multiple-processor run, it also calls EstimateLevelWorkers to make sure the nodes in worker processors are calculated as well, and the associated NodeInfo structure will be updated.
