ForestSeed
This node is not part of the AMR solution, and only serves to anchor the rest of the nodes; as such, it has a special level and node number to keep it from being accidentally used in any calculations. All children of the ForestSeed are root nodes; ForestSeed has no Parents, Neighbors, or Siblings.
