PURE FUNCTION H2_dust_Recomb_table(nHneuclei,nH,T)

Description

• interpolates cooling value from table of cooling from H2_dust_Recomb (values in cm^-3s^-1)
• if nHneucli or nH is very small (< 10^-6 cm^-3), cooling is zero
