Learning to use AstroBEAR effectively can be broken down into the following few short lessons
- Installing additional libraries like hdf5, fftw, hypre
- Downloading and compiling your first problem module.
- Running AstroBEAR
- Visualizing the output
- Understanding standard out
- Understanding the data files
- Understanding the computational scales.
- Understanding how to control refinement (using global.data and physics.data)
- Writing your own problem module (without objects)
- Using IC/BC objects
- Using refinement objects
- Using processing objects
- Understanding what equations AstroBEAR can solve and how to select them.
- Running AstroBEAR on large clusters (what to do with profile.data etc…)
