Old Domain Data Explained

The old domain.data file was very crunk. Most of it consisted of cruft related to an early interpretation of how different astrophysics problem modules would be combined.

The important section was below all this: in this section, the user set T/F flags in a list of problem modules, depending on which module(s) the user wished to execute.
