FUNCTION PeriodicPairs (NodeInfo Grid1, NodeInfo Grid2, FuncParam Dummy)

Uses the PeriodicOverlap() function to make sure that any cells in Grid1 and Grid2 that overlap have similar configuration values. Note that this function does nothing if either Grid1 or Grid2 is marked for deletion.
