Description:
If bpThick as set in domain.data is > 0, then this routine is called to set the backplate values. In the BP region density is set to rhoBp, momentum set to 0, and energy set to pOut/(gamma-1). If the number of variables set is greater than the number of dimensions, then the last tracer slot is also set to rhoBp.
