FUNCTION RefineGridWorker(NodeInfo Info, FuncParam Dummy)

If executed by a worker processor, this function triggers via MPI_Dispatch() the creation of new child nodes out of sub-grids culled from Info's grid. If called by a master processor, RefineGridWorker() does nothing.
