Jacob Palmer has worked to develop a synthetic line emission post-processing tool, and has studied the physics of a magnetic accretion column on the surface of a star.

Sean Tanny is currently verifying the cooling routines used in AstroBEAR and testing packages that will allow AstroBEAR to explore temperatures down to 2000 K, necessary for a deeper understanding of molecular clouds and jets.
