2D Rayleigh-Taylor Instability

Reason for Test
This test is run in order to verify that uniform gravity is working correctly.
Results
The reference chombo frame was verified by comparing the instability growth rate to the analytic growth rate. The new chombo can be verified by comparing it to the density plot of the reference chombo. You should see that the instability has grown just a little bit as shown by the reference chombo.
