Resets timesteps for all nodes on level Level
, and on multi-processor runs advances all level-Level
nodes one timestep.
As near as I can tell, n
and nStep
do nothing in this function.

USES:
- nodeinfodef.f90 supplies the NodeInfo data structure and some functions that operate on it.
