SUBROUTINE UniformGravityJac(REAL[] q, REAL[] dfdq)

Inputs:
REAL[]
q. The 1D array that holds the field values for the cell.
REAL[]
dfdq. A 2D array that returns the Jacobian matrix of f
with respect to the field variables in q
.
Description:
Contributes uniform gravity source terms to the Jacobian matrix dfdq
. The gravitational forces are oriented toward the bottom edge of the problem domain.
- dfdq = dfdq + f
where
- f(3,1) = -mCentral
- f(iE,3) = -mCentral
In physics.data, mCentral is defined in units of mSolar (= 1.99e33 g).
In i_setprob.f90 (in subroutine CalcGlobalScale), for iGravity=2, mCentral is defined as:
- mCentral = mCentral/(velScale2/lscale)
