For trouble-shooting AstroBEAR, please refer to the ticket system on the menu bar at the top of the page (accessible via Login). There, users can review past tickets and solutions, as well as post new tickets detailing novel errors. Such requests will be assigned to AstroBEAR's debugging team, and will be reposted to the ticket system with the status "closed" as they are rectified.
